I currently provide training in Moving and Assisting, Child and Adult Protection, COVID-19 Awareness and Dementia Awareness. We are fortunate enough to be able to host most of our training in-house with myself and other office team members being ‘Train the Trainer’ qualified. In addition to this, I complete regular assessments and reviews of our existing customers as well as new ones ensuring that their level of care is right for them at all times. I also ensure they are kept up to date with any developments that we have. I am in regular contact with our regulatory bodies (SSSC and Care Inspectorate), keeping up to date with the latest regulations and changes.
